KITSAP GLAM REVIEWS REAL CHEMISTRY PEEL

We received the Real Chemistry Luminous 3-Minute Peel in this month’s Birch Box and instantly wanted to try. We read the reviews on Ulta and were excited but slightly leery after one user said that the product and dead skin were stuck in her peach fuzz and no amount of soap or scrubbing would remove it. She scraped it off with her nails :/ In true sibling fashion Ashley (youngest) was elected first up.

Ashley carefully read the directions to avoid dead skin stuck in her mustache and proceeded. With a damp clean face she spread a thin layer of product across her chin, nose and forehead, avoiding the upper lip just in case. Almost immediately little balls of skin formed but weren’t that impressive. Tove (pronounced Tova) evaluated the process and decided it was safe to try herself.

Tove did not carefully read the directions and applied a palm of product directly to her dry face and started rubbing away. Tove’s (older) dead skin started balling in abundance. We rinsed our faces and were relieved that it came off clean with no scraping required to reveal super soft skin.

Below are before and afters that show Ashley with a slightly redder face from scrubbing and Tove refused to be photographed because she’s about to surf the crimson wave. What can’t be seen in the pictures is how seriously smooth our skin is. We love the results and would highly suggest you give it a try!

Review on www.ulta.com that had us laughing! This did not happen to us.

Ulta review Real Chemistry Online Only Luminous 3 Minute Peel:
A friend of mine gifted this to me. I was super excited to use it after looking it up and seeing all the amazing reviews. At first it was nice, seemed to be working perfectly. When it came time to rinse and recleanse is when I ran into issues. The balls of dead skin &a product were stuck to the peach fuzz on my face! And when I say peach fuzz, I mean non visible tiny hairs. I tried using a cleanser first. Not luck. Then tried to remove with a facial scrub, and a wash cloth. Again no luck. I actually ended up having to scrape the balls off of my face using my finger nails. I gave it a second chance and used once more in the shower about a week later. Same situation. I am super disappointed with this product and wouldn't suggest it.
